I believe these car dealership reviews are some of the most important reviews on the internet. Most normal people do not buy many cars, so there is so little hard data to out there to feel sure you are going to the right place. So, I am speaking up. All Star Auto is a relatively small dealership. Perhaps there are frills of working with large dealerships that I don't know about. But after buying our car this morning, a used car that was a "great deal" according to cargurus, All Star Auto is JUST what people like me want. I want a good deal with minimal hassle and pressure. They let me test drive the car yesterday with no invasive credit check or pressure. I drove the car right over to a mechanic who did a thorough pre-purchase inspection. The inspection revealed that the car was exactly as advertised. The car battery was functional but low. When I returned to the dealership, All Star Auto instantly agreed to replace the battery. As I had to return to work, I agreed to come the next morning to purchase the car. Last night, I did my homework and tried to get my paperwork together, and realized that even though we fully owned our trade-in, we lacked the paper title. Also, while we have the money to pay for the car outright, it was in our internet-based bank that does not allow instant transfers of money, and our check would not be good for a few extra days. This morning when we met with All Star Auto staff, none of this mattered. They worked with us to fill out the paperwork for an electronic title. They were flexible with the payment so that we could drive off the lot with the car. We arrived at 9:30 and left by 10:30. At NO point did I ever feel pushed at all by All Star, they were so chill. Compared to the long day I spent when I bought our last car at a large dealership, I was disoriented. There was no pressure to use their financing, no manipulation. Their doc fee was $399, which compared to what I have found on the internet, is pretty low for the KC area. Kansas has higher taxes than people think, 9.5%, so remember to add that to their advertised prices, but that is a universal concern. It's the first day with our car, and we are in the honeymoon stage with it. But I could not be more pleased with the purchasing process. If you are considering CARMAX or Carvana because you are avoiding high pressure salesmen, do yourself a favor and come here instead and save yourself 10% at least on those prices. If you are nervous trusting a small dealership, consider our experience as one very positive experience. We will change this review if there are problems in the future.

All Star Auto really came through for me when I needed help with my car! From start to finish, they provided exceptional service. The entire team was fast, reliable, and, most importantly, honest. As a woman, I really appreciated the way they made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly without any pressure. The owner is incredibly kind, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers, it’s a family-owned business, and they treat you like family. I couldn’t recommend them more, 10/10 across the board. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, efficient, and friendly dealership, All Star Auto is the place to go!

I just purchased a car from All Star Auto and had a great experience from start to finish. Unlike experiences I've had at larger dealerships, the entire process was extremely smooth and low pressure. Jonny is a really good dude and I loved how transparent and easy to work with he was. If you're looking for fair prices, a trustworthy team, and quick and easy purchase process, I highly recommend buying a vehicle here!
